here's a bit about me...
I am currently working for Spectrum Mobile as a trainer and mentor for Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives. My background includes: a 4 year term of honorable service in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician specializing in Navigation technology and Military Police; 3 years in mental health and human resources program development with SUNY and Veterans Affairs; a Juris Doctorate and interdisciplinary research and data analysis expertise; and over a decade of supervisory experience.
